Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped directly from Suitmanner
  • Are in their original condition
  • Have not been worn (except for fitting)
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-tailored suits and garments
  • Altered clothing items
  • Intimate accessories (such as pocket squares, ties, and other personal items)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@suitmanner.com or call +1 (204) 942-3392 to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
  4. Include the RAN prominently on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to our returns department at the provided address

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Items on sale or marked down may be subject to different return policies

For size or style exchanges:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
